Policies
Prepayment Policy Prepayment is not accepted unless you are enrolled in an active Maintenance Program. Standard appointments must be paid upon completion.
Rescheduling Fee (Within 24 Hours) Any appointment rescheduled within 24 hours of your service time will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. This fee is required before the new appointment is confirmed.
No-Call / No-Show Fee A No Call, No Show will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. While unexpected situations are understandable, lack of communication is not permitted.
Weather-Related Rescheduling Weather-related rescheduling must be made no later than 2–3 days in advance, with an absolute latest of 4 days. Last-minute weather cancellations outside this window will be treated as standard rescheduling.
Accepted Payment Methods Payments may be made via invoice, cash, or check. Digital invoice payments must be completed on the same day of service.
Preferred Payment Timing Preferred payment method is card or cash upon completion of the detail. No work is considered finalized until payment is received.
Booking Deposit Option To secure an appointment, clients may submit a 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied toward the final service cost and guarantee the time slot.
Vehicle Preparation Policy Clients must remove personal items from the vehicle prior to the appointment. If the technician must remove items, a $30 interior preparation fee will be added.
